Glamping comes from the combination of the words ‘glamourous’ and ‘camping’. Situated in the space above polēpolē, Glamp takes on these themes to give it really fun and energetic atmosphere. It's the only venue in Melbourne that will let you drink crafty cocktails and nibble on African inspired snacks under safari-style canvas and inspired decor.

We're onto something, if we do say so ourselves

bringing contemporary African cinema to the screens around us.

Africa is a continent full of multifaceted communities and individuals.

They have their own voice and are telling their own authentic stories.

We are simply creating a platform for everyone else to get to know Africa in a dynamic, deconstructed form.

After a warm reception to our debut festival last year (2017), we are amped to bring more of that

authentic representation of African culture through film to our audience this year.

With that said, it's time to get things in order.

'the cut' is on its way!

'The Cut' is our official Africa On Screen newsletter that we will be kick starting once we have announced the dates for the 2018 festival. This will be our take and invited guests take on the African film industry, African pop culture and anything else we think is cool. Sign up and don't miss out!
